- QWhat wind zone are are we in?A
The areas we are building in are currently built to 150mph wind zone.
- QHow long is the builder warranty?A
Our Builder Warranty is from 1 year of the closing date. The warranty is outlined in your contract and specifies what is covered and what isn't.
- QWhat kind of financing do we need?A
When starting the homebuying process; getting a prequalification should be very early on. We have several recommended lenders that we work with. When buying a house in one of our neighborhoods we do not require a Construction to Perm Loan. Contact one of our lenders for current rates programs that may best fit your needs.
- QDo I get to pick my colors?A
On a new contract build, absolutely! Within 5 days of a ratified contract your sales agent will help you set up a color selection appointment. On houses that are already under construction (referred to as Spec Homes) the colors will be on a case by case bases, which is based on ARB approvals and materials that have already been ordered.
